A Championship Summer for Coastal Bay 8U Fastpitch Softball, 

Our All-Stars ‘Blue Crush’ 

San Diego, CA – The Coastal Bay 8U(8 and under) All-Star team, Blue Crush, closed out a standout summer with a 20-6 record and 3 Championship titles, marking them as a rising force in youth softball.

Tournament Wins:

• Tournament Del Sol – 2-1 vs Tierra Canyon Chaos
• PQ Memorial Day Classic (Silver Div.) – 4-3 comeback vs. PQ Girls Softball
• Poway Summer Heat (Emerald Div.) – 9-0 shutout of Poway Gold

Their performance at the South San Diego District tournament, including a 1-0 extra-inning win over Bonita Valley Bronze, earned them a spot at the USA Softball ‘C’ State Tournament in Lancaster.

State Highlights:

• 3-0 win vs. Torrance (LA/South Bay Champs)
• 3-0 win vs. Imperial Beach (District Finalists)
